Un bon beurre AOP, une farine de qualité, le fondant de la poudre de noisettes, la douceur du miel de fleurs : voici les beaux ingrédients de notre financier, cet exquis petit gâteau qui nous fait craquer à tout moment de la journée. À la belle saison, il retrouve avec plaisir la saveur de la framboise qui lui va si bien d’autant plus quand elle est associée à la pistache !
Traditional French flour T55 Moulins Virons. Butter PDO Charentes Poitou in “Noisette style”. Flower honey. Hazelnut and pistachio powders. Kalios pistachio paste. Raspberries. Chopped pistachios. May contain traces of peanuts.

The slightly tart apricot flavour of this soft little cake perfectly matched with the crunchy roundness of its deliciously buttery crumble. A gourmet treat, anytime, anywhere: in the morning, as an afternoon snack, with a tea and for the summer’s evening!
Cake with french white cheese, apricot purée, apricot syrup and apricots. Crumble made with traditional Moulins Viron French flour, Charentes-Poitou PDO butter, brown sugar and a touch of fleur de sel.

For little and grow-up alike, this very childlike delicacy reveals the caramelised notes of butter cooked with brown sugar.
Puff pastry made with French flours (Meule T80 and small organic spelt) and PDO Charentes-Poitou butter flavored with cinnamon. Brown Sugar.
