A lot, passionately, madly! Perfect for gifting and sharing, this bar plays with textures, the flavours of different pralines, the nostalgic sweetness of marshmallow and the intensity of the dark and milk chocolate coatings.

Composition
A base of 70% Saint-Domingue dark chocolate filled with a praliné of hazelnuts, puffed soya and dark and milk chocolates. 3 petals of pecan praliné coated in 38% milk chocolate. 3 petals of pistachio praliné and crêpes dentelle coated in 70% Saint-Domingue dark chocolate. 3 petals with cashew “Breton curry” praliné coated in 62% Mayan Red Xoco Gourmet chocolate. Pistil at the centre of the flower: vanilla marshmallow and passion fruit confit, coated in 38% milk chocolate. Bronze-effect finish.
