Cripsy shortbread with cinnamon, muscovado sugar, Linnolat almond vegetal white chocolate, praliné, almonds and hazelnuts. Mousse made with raw cream cheese* and lemon zest. Cheesecake made with cream cheese*. *Triple cream Brillat cheese from the Beillevaire cheese shop in La Rochelle’s central market.
