Puff pastry made with AOP Charentes Poitou butter, T80 millstone flour and organic* petit épeautre flour. Choux pastry with T55 oatmeal flour. Vanilla custard cream. Vanilla whipped cream. Caramel. * French flours from Moulins Viron.
