Capucine bar
A bar brimming with character, fairly dense and not overly sweet, with distinct flavors. The depth and lovely lingering finish of its dark chocolate shell. The intensity and crunchy texture of the cocoa nib praline. And the surprising, slightly fruity, and very refreshing tartness of the mucilage jelly—the pulp inside the pod that protects the cocoa beans.

Composition
56% cocoa nib praline (granulated sugar 31%, cocoa nibs 22%, almonds, dark chocolate, puffed soybeans, cocoa butter, fleur de sel), 70% Saint-Domingue chocolate 31% (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, lecithin (SOY), natural vanilla flavor), mucilage jelly 13%.
