The slightly tart apricot flavour of this soft little cake perfectly matched with the crunchy roundness of its deliciously buttery crumble. A gourmet treat, anytime, anywhere: in the morning, as an afternoon snack, with a tea and for the summer's evening!

Composition
Cake with french white cheese, apricot purée, apricot syrup and apricots. Crumble made with traditional Moulins Viron French flour, Charentes-Poitou PDO butter, brown sugar and a touch of fleur de sel.
