Our 2026 galettes des rois all share a delicately crumbly, melt-in-your-mouth “feuilletage”, made with quality French flours and the Charentes-Poitou PDO butter I’ve loved since childhood.
Our tips for storing and enjoying them are included in the order confirmation email.

Its delicately crafted tuile, decorated with a vegetal-inspired motif, evokes all the soothing sweetness and comforting warmth of a cup of herbal tea. The flavours of its frangipane, with its slightly tart notes of candied lemon and the freshness of verbena, invite you to take a delicious and comforting break in the heart of winter.

Puff pastry made with T80 and petit épeautre flours from Moulins Viron, and Charentes-Poitou PDO butter. Frangipane with cream infused with verbena leaves and Agrimontana IGP Amalfi candied lemon. Decoration: cigarette tuile and candied lemon cubes.

Like a classic that has been given a new lease of life, beneath its evocative tile cigarette and its delicate puff pastry, the melt-in-the-mouth apple and cardamom deliciously awake the frangipane filling of this galette. Enjoyed at room temperature, its flavours, between fruit, almond and spice develop subtle notes of banana. Served warm, the taste of cardamom very discreetly blend in the comforting sweetness of the frangipane.

The deep notes of an exceptional rum, which develops delicate floral and fruity nuances, enhance the frangipane in our traditional galette. Authentic, with just a hint of amber exoticism, it invites you to share many wonderful gourmet moments throughout January.

A comforting brioche, made with quality ingredients, slow fermentation, lots of butter and love, in its regional version, with in addition to citrus fruits wich evokes the south, the candied Angelica from Niort. This traditional brioche is perfect from breakfast to afternoon tea on Epiphany as Well to start the new year on a sweet note.

Brioche dough made with French T55 wheat flour, Charentes-Poitou AOP butter, 35% crème fraîche and flower honey from Pascale and Didier Gandouet, GAEC L’abeille de Pauléon. Orange blossom water syrup. Cubes of candied lemon and candied orange sticks*. Cubes of candied angelica from Pierre Thonnard, l’Angélique de Niort. Half-spheres of candied Amarena cherries*. *Agrimontana candied fruits.
